Shipping Policy

We know when you place an order online you want your products in your hands ASAP.

Online orders placed Monday – Thursday before 4pm will be shipped the next day (not including public holidays). Orders placed from Friday – Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.

If you have any product or shipping enquiries between Saturday and Sunday, you can email us at info@bobbiecharlesacademy.com.au and we promise to get back to you as soon as we reopen for business on Monday.

All parcels are sent with love from our flagship Bobbie Charles West Village clinic, located in West End, QLD.

Standard Shipping within Australia* | Calculated at Checkout

Standard Shipping Rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of the order, as calculated through our shipping partner Sendle.

Parcels are usually delivered 2-5 days within Brisbane and 2-7 days to other locations nationally. Individual delivery estimates and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

An email will be sent to confirm when your order has been packed and is ready for collection from Bobbie Charles West Village. Please refer to our location and trading hours for collection times.

International Shipping to New Zealand* | $33 flat rate

Available on orders under 2kg only.

Shipping Restrictions

Our shipping partner has great network coverage in Australia which spans coast to coast. However, their drivers can’t pick up from or deliver to places like:

  • Auction houses
  • Malls or shopping centres
  • Furniture and retail stores
  • Hospitals
  • Military bases
  • Airports
  • PO boxes
  • Amazon warehouses

That’s because getting into these places can be tricky or prohibited altogether without access to a docking bay (something that’s often required at these types of locations).

We currently don’t offer International Shipping outside of New Zealand. If you would like to make an order outside of AU/NZ, please contact our team at info@bobbiecharlesacademy.com.au


Returns Policy

We understand things happen and we are committed to working closely with you and our suppliers should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Education is at the core of what we do at Bobbie Charles Training Academy, and we are committed to ensuring you get the most out of your products.

Please get in contact with us ASAP if you have any product queries either before, during or after your product purchase – the only silly question is the one that is not asked!

If your products are faulty, broken or damaged in transit please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and image/video of the products you received as well as the packaging it arrived in.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

An item can be returned and refunded if it is returned within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Store exchanges and refunds will be offered depending on the individual situation and at Bobbie Charles Academy’s discretion.

To be able to return your product, you must provide proof of purchase, such as confirmation email, order number, and a picture of the delivered product.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return/refund on opened or used products.

All return shipping costs will be incurred by you, unless otherwise instructed.

Alternatively, you can arrange to return products in person to Bobbie Charles West Village during clinic trading hours.
